Athletic Performance

Athletic performance at SFP is simply different than any other training gym around. Athletic performance is tailored to the high school athlete wanting to be more athletic, stronger, & take their game to the next level. Athletic performance sessions are completed in a 1-on-1 setting to give the athlete the full focus of the coach. These 1-on-1 sessions are pay as your athlete trains; there are no contract agreements or memberships for our athletes. *Workout sessions are 60 minutes and each workout session is based on the time of year for the athlete. In-season versus off-season or pre-practice versus post practice, etc. Generally for each session there will be a warm-up, strength training, & conditioning. But ultimately all programs are customized to the athletes needs and current sport demands.
